iHelp provides in-home tech support and related services. Our services are designed to assist older adults with their Apple devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and personalized guidance.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and check. For ongoing support packages, payment terms will be outlined in the agreement.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared during a service session is kept confidential and is used solely to provide the requested service. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
6. Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible service, iHelp is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, hardware malfunctions, or software issues. We recommend regular data backups to prevent data loss.
7. Scope of Service
Our services are focused on assisting with Apple devices and related technology. We may offer advice and support for other devices, but this is outside our primary scope of expertise and may be limited.

iHelp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, Bergen County. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bergen County.
